As a System Analyst at CULTIVA, you'll be integral to our project delivery, performing key tasks and coordinating with various teams to ensure the successful execution of our projects. You will have the opportunity to apply your expertise in financial management, systems analysis, risk management, and performance measurement.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and compile project documentation, ensuring all work papers and reports are accurate and complete.
2. Coordinate the preparation of routine project reports, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to stakeholders.
3. Perform a wide variety of tasks related to the projects assigned, prioritizing and managing your work to meet project timelines.
4. Apply specialized knowledge in financial management, systems analysis, risk management, and performance measurement to contribute to project activities.
5. Manage small task teams within a project, fostering a collaborative working environment.
6. Apply technical and analytical approaches to address client issues and support project management activities.

Qualifications:

1. A four-year degree in Business or Financial Management.
2. A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in a related field.
3. Demonstrated experience in financial management, systems analysis, risk management, and performance measurement.
4. Proven ability to manage task teams and deliver results within project timelines.
5. Excellent technical and analytical skills, with the ability to address client issues effectively.
6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a range of stakeholders.
