CULTIVA Global Solutions is recruiting part-time Evaluation Analysts to measure the impact of international development and trade-facilitation projects. You will design and carry out mixed-method evaluations, translate findings into concise reports, and brief senior decision-makers.

Description

Core Duties

  • Scope evaluation assignments and create workplans that align with client templates and timelines.
  • Collect evidence via multilingual interviews, surveys, document review, and trade-flow research.
  • Quantify outcomes & attribution: calculate U.S. export value, financing mobilized, and development benefits.
  • Draft reports that turn data into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
  • Synthesize portfolio trends and help prepare slide decks or memos for internal briefings.

Day-to-Day Tasks

  • Design interview guides and online surveys.
  • Schedule and conduct virtual stakeholder interviews in English and a second language if applicable.
  • Enter findings into a secure database and validate data quality.
  • Collaborate with subject-matter experts for sector-specific insight (energy, ICT, transport, etc.).
  • Meet bi-weekly with the Project Manager to review progress and address obstacles.

Requirements

  • Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s + 3 years, or Master’s + 2 years in economics, engineering, public policy, international business, data analytics, or related field.
  • Demonstrable experience in monitoring & evaluation, market analysis, or economic research for infrastructure or development programs.
  • Languages
  • Professional fluency in English and at least one of: Spanish, Portuguese, French, or Arabic.
  • Eligibility
  • U.S. work authorization and ability to obtain public-trust suitability.
  • Occasional (<10 %) domestic or international travel if field verification is required.


Salary

$110,000 - $156,000 per year
