Role Description

As Community Relations & Program Manager (Chicago), you’ll report to the Founder/CEO and work alongside a passionate team of staff and volunteers. You'll strengthen and build relationships with hospitals, restaurants, and other key program delivery partners (locally and nationally), work with our Key Relationships team to engage and manage volunteers and oversee our meal delivery team. You'll continuously work to improve the delivery of our programs to ensure we're meeting our patients' needs. You'll play a key role in developing and executing a comprehensive programmatic impact plan to support our scale to multiple cities. All members of the Culinary Care team are expected to deliver meals. This role requires your attendance at events. These events may take place in the evening and/or on weekends.
You'll be responsible for...
● Contributing to the overall success of our programmatic goals
● Developing & maintaining relationships with hospitals and restaurants (locally and nationally)
● Having a deep understanding of our patients, programs, and key program stakeholders so that you can provide meaningful improvement suggestions
● Working with the Key Relationships Manager to provide meaningful and impactful volunteer experiences
● Developing national partnerships to meet our program goals
● Activating community partnerships to stay within a set program budget while meeting our program goals
● Working with the Marketing Director to ensure our impact is being communicated to our donor community
● Consistently delivering a thoughtful, creative, and exceptional patient experience
● Support the meal delivery team by delivering meals, making site visits, etc.
● Engaging in continued learning around Culinary Care's programmatic work through meal deliveries, speaking with meal recipients, and more

$40,000 - $50,000 per year
