We are looking for a skilled and safety-conscious Commercial Window Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning windows on commercial buildings, which includes working at high elevations using various methods such as rope descent systems, bosun’s chairs, and other specialized equipment. Additional duties include pressure washing and caulking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean windows on commercial buildings, ensuring streak-free and spotless results.

• Perform high-elevation work using rope descent systems, bosun’s chairs, and other equipment.

• Conduct pressure washing on building exteriors, sidewalks, and other surfaces.

• Apply caulking to windows and building joints as needed.

• Inspect surfaces before and after cleaning to ensure thoroughness and quality.

• Operate and maintain cleaning and safety equipment effectively.

• Follow all safety protocols to ensure personal and public safety.

• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in commercial window cleaning and high-elevation work.

• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety procedures for high-rise buildings.
