We are currently seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join us as a member of our sales team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind identifying new business opportunities and establishing relationships with new clients - specifically around our new suite of A.I. offerings. Your efforts will be crucial in shaping the growth trajectory of our organization within the A.I. landscape. This is a remote position with the expectation of overlap between 10am-6pm ET.
What Your Role Is
- Help hone in the definition of our ideal customer and our strategic direction.
- Take the lead in outbound prospecting through well-crafted emails and strategic phone outreach to uncover and generate interest in our services.
- Leverage industry insights derived from your research to create prospect lists aligned with our ideal client profiles.
- Diligently assess leads against specific criteria to determine their potential value.
- Collaborate closely with our executives to devise and implement targeted outbound campaigns and strategies.
- Maintain an organized record of all interactions and communications with prospects within our CRM system.
- Orchestrate introductory meetings and follow-up actions, taking charge of the entire sales process.
- Manage and nurture leads, guiding them through the sales funnel towards conversion.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors to effectively communicate the unique value of our services.
What Your Role Is Not
- While you will have input, we are not expecting you to create marketing materials.
- You will not be running paid media.
Who we're looking for
- Proven track record in sales development or lead generation, within digital agencies, marketing, or technology.
- Someone excited about the fields of Generative AI and Machine Learning.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with an articulate and engaging approach.
- Adept at conducting research to identify potential prospects and key decision-makers.
- Self-motivated and determined to exceed targets and expectations without direct supervision.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools for seamless organization.
- Ability to thrive in a solo sales role, taking full ownership of responsibilities.
- Enthusiasm for and interest in the digital services, marketing, and technology sectors.
Base pay range
- $55,000 - $65,000 plus commission structure
