Crush & Lovely is seeking a Client Success Manager to join our team in a full-time capacity. You’ll be working on impactful, strategic technology projects for exciting clients across a variety of industries. This is a remote work position with the expectation of availability between 10am-6pm ET.


As a Client Success Manager at Crush & Lovely, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our clients. As the primary point of contact, you will build strong and lasting relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and challenges to provide tailored solutions. Your proactive approach will ensure exceptional service delivery, fostering long-term client satisfaction. Your Role

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong and lasting relationships.
  • Understand clients' business goals, challenges, and needs to effectively guide them in utilizing our services.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address concerns.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and alignment of expectations.
  • Offer ongoing support and guidance to clients to maximize their success.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of clients' industries, businesses, and objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to existing clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Act as a client advocate within the agency, representing their interests and voicing their feedback to relevant teams.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their evolving needs and proactively propose solutions to meet them.
  • Strive to exceed client expectations and foster a culture of client-centricity within the agency.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and client satisfaction levels to ensure goals are being met.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on client performance, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Use data insights to inform strategic decisions and optimize client success initiatives.


Who we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in client success, account management, or a similar client-facing role, preferably within the digital agency space.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset towards addressing client needs and challenges.
  • Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for delivering outstanding client experiences and driving long-term relationships.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.

Salary

$95,000 - $120,000 per year
