Crumbl is looking for an assistant manager who can float between our three Bucks County stores to bring best practices to each store and serve customers with the highest standard, make amazing cookies, and provide effective guidance for their coworkers. We want individuals who will work alongside bakers, help the crew work efficiently, and provide hands-on training. Responsibilities
- LEADERSHIP & MANAGEMENT: Help lead the team to make and sell the world's best cookies and desserts!
- PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT: Assist in developing Crumbl team member's skills and capabilities for their current and future roles at Crumbl
- OPERATIONS: Supervise variety of Crumbl operational areas including quality control and taste, cookie baking process, cookie presentation, delivery experience, and more
- CUSTOMER SERVICE: Create raving fans through genuine, welcoming, and friendly interactions with every guest that comes into Crumbl
- COMMUNICATION: Communicate clearly and frequently with store leadership team and the Crumbl Crew
- TECHNOLOGY APTITUDE: Skillfully use internal and external technology tools (point-of-sale, Crumbl recipe/order/fulfillment applications, email, chat applications) Be able to problem-solve technology issues through key technical support contacts when needed
- ATTENTION TO DETAIL: Highly aware of the details of baking and guest service process, ensures those details are managed, communicated, and taught to the team to deliver excellence daily
- CLEANLINESS & TIDINESS: Always maintain clean, orderly, and safe bakery environment, exceeding regulatory and company requirements
- FACILITIES & EQUIPMENT: Monitor safe use of and movement around equipment
Qualifications
- CHARACTER: Strong personal values displayed through action and word

- EXPERIENCE: Preferably has at least one year of business, leadership, management, and food or restaurant experience
Following hiring, all necessary training will be provided. Candidates without their Certified Food Safety Manager Certificate or all necessary bakery skills may be asked to complete a probationary period working as a shift lead until those qualifications are obtained. Owners and general manager will support assistant manager in learning the processes needed to be successful. Assistant managers also participate in the tip pool and will make additional compensation to their hourly rate.
