Do you love to bake? Are you at your best when you’re leading a team in the fast-paced environment of a busy kitchen? Do you have a passion for both FOH and BOH? Then this is the job for you! Crumbl is looking for store leaders who serve customers with the highest standard, make amazing cookies from scratch, and provide coaching for their coworkers. Responsibilities:
- LEADERSHIP: Patiently supervise, support, and train team members as they mix, bake and present world-class cookies to our customers
- OPERATIONS: Actively manage and ensure quality control and efficiency in all operational areas of our open kitchen concept
- CUSTOMER SERVICE: Create genuine, welcoming, and friendly interactions with every customer that comes into Crumbl
- COMMUNICATION: Communicate clearly and frequently with store leadership team and the Crumbl Crew, including the use of technology
- ATTENTION TO DETAIL: Highly aware of the details of baking and customer service, ensuring those details are communicated and taught to the team to deliver excellence daily
- CLEANLINESS & TIDINESS: Always maintain a clean, orderly, and safe kitchen environment, exceeding regulatory and company requirements at all times
- SAFETY: Ensure safety procedures are followed and enforced at all times
Qualifications:
- CHARACTER: Strong personal values and a positive attitude displayed through action and word
- WORK ETHIC: Commitment to giving exceptional effort consistently in all responsibilities
- EXPERIENCE: One year of service-related leadership, or management, general food service or restaurant experience preferred but not required
- EDUCATION: Prefer high school graduate or higher
- COMMITMENT TO THE CUSTOMER & EXCELLENCE: Genuine desire to serve others while having a passion for excellence in everything you do
