 Responsibilities:

  • LEADERSHIP: Patiently supervise and support team members as they bake and present world-class cookies to our customers
  • PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT: Assist team members in developing skills and capabilities for their current and future roles through hands-on training
  • OPERATIONS: actively manage and ensure quality control in all operational areas of the bakery
  • CUSTOMER SERVICE: Create raving fans through genuine, welcoming, and friendly interactions with every customer that comes into Crumbl
  • COMMUNICATION: Communicate clearly and frequently with store leadership team and the Crumbl Crew
  • TECHNOLOGY: Use Crumbl business technology appropriately, staying current on all training
  • EFFICIENCY: Provide exceptional guest service in a quick, high-quality manner, creating a memorable experience for our team members and our guests
  • TIME MANAGEMENT: Prioritize time, know where to dedicate time, and choose the most important tasks and duties daily
  • ATTENTION TO DETAIL: Highly aware of the details of baking and customer service, ensuring those details are communicated and taught to the team to deliver excellence daily
  • CLEANLINESS & TIDINESS: Always maintain a clean, orderly, and safe bakery environment, exceeding regulatory and company requirements at all times

Qualifications:

  • CHARACTER: Strong personal values displayed through action and word
  • WORK ETHIC: Commitment to giving exceptional effort consistently in all responsibilities

  • EXPERIENCE: Prefer one year of business, leadership, management, and food or restaurant experience
  • EDUCATION: Prefer high school graduate or higher

Following hiring, all training will be provided. Store managers will support shift leads in learning the processes needed to be successful. Compensation will be $12 to $15 per hour plus tips. Tips average $3-4+ per hour for total hourly compensation of $15-19+. Strong candidates can receive guaranteed minimum tip payouts.
