Crumbl is looking for store leaders who serve customers with the highest standard, make amazing cookies, and provide effective guidance for their coworkers. We want shift leads who will work alongside bakers, help the crew work efficiently, and provide hands-on training.   • LEADERSHIP: Patiently supervise and support team members as they bake and present world-class cookies to our customers
  • PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT: Assist team members in developing skills and capabilities for their current and future roles through hands-on training
  • OPERATIONS: actively manage and ensure quality control in all operational areas of the bakery

Following hiring, all training will be provided. Store managers will support shift leads in learning the processes needed to be successful. Compensation will be $12 to $15 per hour plus tips. Tips average $3-4+ per hour for total hourly compensation of $15-19+. Strong candidates can receive guaranteed minimum tip payouts.
