Responsibilities

• CUSTOMER SERVICE: Service with a smile, always providing guests with a fantastic experience
• BAKING CRUMBL COOKIES: Follow Crumbl recipes with exactness, paying close attention to the details 
• PRESENTATION & CLEANLINESS: Detailed with each cookie's presentation, constantly cleans and maintains order, and keeps the kitchen areas presentable and safe
• TEAMWORK: Complete individual responsibilities while supporting fellow crew members in their tasks
• EFFICIENT: Provide exceptional guest service in a quick, high-quality manner, creating a memorable experience for our guests
• TECHNOLOGY: Use Crumbl business technology appropriately, stay current on all training
• KITCHEN EQUIPMENT: Safely and properly operate Crumbl kitchen equipment, and show care for the equipment, utensils, and other kitchen material

• NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY Must be 16 years old

Following hiring, all necessary training will be provided. Store managers and shift leads will train bakers in all processes needed to be successful. Can be FT or PT.

Tips will add an additional amount to the hourly rate each pay period.
