Responsibilities

• CUSTOMER SERVICE: Service with a smile, always providing guests with a fantastic experience
• BAKING CRUMBL COOKIES: Follow Crumbl recipes with exactness, paying close attention to the details 
• PRESENTATION & CLEANLINESS: Detailed with each cookie's presentation, constantly cleans and maintains order, and keeps the kitchen areas presentable and safe
• TEAMWORK: Complete individual responsibilities while supporting fellow crew members in their tasks
• EFFICIENT: Provide exceptional guest service in a quick, high-quality manner, creating a memorable experience for our guests
• TECHNOLOGY: Use Crumbl business technology appropriately, stay current on all training
• KITCHEN EQUIPMENT: Safely and properly operate Crumbl kitchen equipment, and show care for the equipment, utensils, and other kitchen material

 **This position is for weekdays before 2 pm. Work schedules are flexible and can be part or full-time.**

Following hiring, all necessary training will be provided. Store managers and shift leads will train bakers in all processes needed to be successful. Compensation will be $9 per hour plus tips. Tips are expected to add $3-4+ per hour for total compensation of $12-13+ per hour.
