We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Assistant Managers at Crumbl. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in leading our team, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining the high standards of our bakery.
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team to achieve objectives and meet key performance indicators
- Develop and mentor team members to enhance their skills and capabilities
- Supervise various operational areas including quality control, baking processes, and customer experience
- Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for all guests
- Communicate effectively with the store leadership team and staff
- Utilize technology tools effectively to support bakery operations
- Pay attention to detail to ensure daily excellence in baking and customer service
- Maintain a clean and safe bakery environment, exceeding regulatory requirements
- Ensure the safe use of equipment and facilities
- Provide ongoing training and coaching on safety protocols
Qualifications:
- Strong personal values and work ethic
- Previous experience in leadership, management, and food or restaurant industry preferred
- Passion for food and baking
Upon hire, all necessary training will be provided. Candidates who do not possess the necessary certifications or skills may be required to complete a probationary period as a shift lead. Assistant Managers will also participate in the tip pool and receive additional compensation to their hourly rate.
