We are looking for a motivated and driven Sales Development Representative who shares our vision of simplifying and streamlining the credit industry. As an SDR, you will play a critical role in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and booking meetings for our Account Executives. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and make a meaningful impact on our business.
Responsibilities:
● Conduct research to identify potential leads and prospects using various tools and resources, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Adapt.io,and other databases
● Reach out to prospects via phone, email, Linkedin Social and other channels to introduce them to CRS and schedule meetings with our Account Executives
● Qualify leads by asking questions to understand their needs, budget, and timeline, and determine if they are a good fit for our services
● Manage and update our CRM system (Salesforce) to ensure accurate and up-to-date information on prospects and leads
● Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness
● Work closely with our Account Executives to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads and provide ongoing support throughout the sales process
● Continuously learn and stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and product updates to effectively communicate with prospects and position CRS as a trusted partner
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree
● 2+ years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the financial services or credit reporting industry
● Proficiency executing a well-defined sales development process
● Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and targets
● Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with prospects and internal stakeholders
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
● Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce) and sales automation software (HubSpot, Outreach.io, etc.)
● Strong work ethic and willingness to go above and beyond to achieve results
Location:
This is a hybrid position based in New York City, NY. Candidates must be able to commute to the office 1-2 times a week.

Pay Range Details
The pay range(s) below are provided in compliance with state specific laws.
New York: $60,000 - $65,000
Plus on-target earnings potential of up to $30k per year
$60,000 - $65,000 per year
