Job Summary:

We are seeking a Systems Engineer to support an AI/ML development effort. This role will work closely with users, customers, and partner contractors to gather, prioritize, and manage requirements while ensuring clear documentation and coordination across stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with users, customers, and partner teams to gather and refine system requirements
• Balance and prioritize competing requirements across stakeholders
• Support AI/ML system development through requirements management and documentation
• Maintain project artifacts and documentation in Confluence
• Track tasks, issues, and requirements using Jira
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders

Requirements:

• Experience in systems engineering, requirements management, or similar roles
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• Experience using Jira and Confluence
• Strong documentation and organizational skills
• Experience supporting AI/ML or advanced analytics projects is a plus
• Experience with AWS managed services is also a plus
