Position Summary:

We are seeking a professional and attentive Security Officer to ensure the safety and security of our dispensary. The ideal candidate is reliable, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a cannabis retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in customers upon arrival
• Monitor security cameras (CCTV) and report any suspicious activity
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a secure atmosphere
• Enforce dispensary policies and ensure compliance with state regulations
• Respond calmly and effectively to incidents or emergencies
• Maintain a strong, visible presence at the entrance and on the premises

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must have a valid and active California Guard Card
• Previous experience in security or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and observational skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-stress situations
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and work various shifts, including weekends and evenings

Compensation:

Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
