**Job Overview:**

We are currently seeking a dynamic and driven Investment Associate to join our team at Crestmont Private Wealth LLC. The ideal candidate will hold at least a Level 2 CFA certification and will be responsible for conducting thorough investment research, developing tailored investment strategies, and providing exceptional service to our clients. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our Investment Committee and portfolio managers to help clients achieve their financial goals.

**Responsibilities:**

- Conduct in-depth investment research and analysis to identify potential opportunities.

- Collaborate with the Investment Committee to develop customized investment strategies for clients.

- Assist in managing client portfolios by monitoring performance and ensuring alignment with investment objectives.

- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address any inquiries or concerns.

- Stay informed on market trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes.

- Work closely with team members to support client needs and enhance the investment experience.

- Educate clients and CFP advisors on investment principles and portfolio themes through various mediums.

**Requirements:**

- CFA Charter holder or Level 2 passed at a minimum

- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

- Knowledge of investment principles, financial markets, and industry best practices

**Additional Responsibilities:**

- Evaluate and optimize technology stack for performance and efficiency.

- Research and implement new tools to enhance investment analysis.

- Collaborate with IT and data analytics teams for client service enhancement.

- Improve operational processes for compliance and efficiency.

**Salary and Benefits:**

- Competitive Salary Range: $70,000 - $125,000 per year, based on experience.
