We employ more than 20 experienced professionals and operate a fleet of 12 tow and recovery vehicles. Key Responsibilities:

1. Operate tow trucks and equipment safely and efficiently(flatbed, wheel-lift) as assigned.
2. Respond promptly to dispatch instructions and service calls.
3. Secure, transport, and deliver vehicles without damage.
4. Provide professional, courteous customer service(jump start, lockouts, tire changes, winching,recoveries, etc)
5. Complete accurate electronic paperwork, photos, and reports using dispatch software.
6. Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs.
7. Comply with all company policies, saftey procedures, and applicable laws.
8. Maintain a clean, professional appearance and vehicle.

Required Qualifications

1. Valid Colorado driver's license

2. Must reside within 30 miles of the Johns Towing office to meet response time and on-call requirements.

3. Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug and alcohol testing.

4. Clean or acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR)

5. Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts.

6. Strong situational awareness and commitment to safety.

7. Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 lbs and work outdoors in all weather contitions.

8. 2yrs driving expierence Tow Trucks or 26' box trucks.
