As a Dispatcher, you will play a critical role in a well-established, fast-growing operation that values experience, accountability, and teamwork. This position is available full-time or part-time (minimum 24 hours per week).

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from customers, law enforcement, property managers, and roadside partners
• Collect accurate details (location, vehicle type, situation, safety concerns)
• Dispatch drivers using GPS, dispatch software, and radio/phone communication
• Prioritize calls based on urgency, safety, and service level agreements
• Monitor driver status and adjust assignments in real time
• Provide professional, empathetic customer service—often during stressful situations
• Maintain accurate digital records, logs, and billing information
• Coordinate with management on scheduling, coverage, and service issues
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and applicable regulations

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong verbal communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to remain calm and organized in high-pressure situations
• Basic computer skills (dispatch software, GPS, email, data entry)
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work nights, weekends, or holidays as scheduled

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous dispatch, towing, transportation, or call-center experience
• Familiarity with the Denver metro and surrounding Colorado areas
• Experience using Towbook or similar towing/dispatch software
• Knowledge of Colorado Public Utilities Commission (PUC) regulations related to towing and transportation
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Office-based position with extended periods of sitting
• Frequent phone and computer use
• Ability to handle high call volumes
• Occasional lifting of light office materials (up to 15 lbs)
