Crescent Capital Planning is seeking a part-time Client Success Associate I/II (15–25 hours/week) to support daily client service operations at our fee-based financial planning firm in San Jose. This hybrid position is ideal for someone detail-oriented, client-focused, and experienced in financial services or professional client support. You’ll handle onboarding, paperwork, scheduling, and CRM management to help ensure an exceptional client experience. The role is expected to transition into a full-time position (32+ hours/week) within 9–12 months based on performance and firm growth.

The CSA plays a mission-critical role in supporting daily operations and ensuring an exceptional client experience. This individual will be responsible for client onboarding, custodial paperwork, account maintenance, service request resolution, and CRM management. The ideal candidate thrives in a detail-oriented environment, communicates clearly and professionally, and enjoys working behind the scenes to keep the firm running smoothly.
This is a part-time position (15–25 hours per week) with the intention of transitioning to a full-time role (32+ hours) within 9–12 months, contingent upon business growth and performance.
