Overview

The Campaign Manager is an independent contractor responsible for managing creator-side campaign execution and ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables. This role serves as the primary point of contact for creators throughout the campaign lifecycle, coordinating sourcing, onboarding, content review, and deliverable tracking in alignment with campaign requirements set by the Account Lead. Engagement is project- or retainer-based, outcome-focused, and deliverable-driven.

Role Summary

The Campaign Manager operates as an independent business providing creator coordination services across one or more active campaigns. Campaign task assignments are issued in writing by the Account Lead per campaign scope; the Contractor independently determines the methods, tools, and workflow used to complete each deliverable. Coordination with the Account Manager is limited to campaign context and is not supervisory.

This is a deliverable-driven engagement: performance is evaluated on outcomes - creator responsiveness, tracker accuracy, on-time deliverable coordination, and clean handoffs - not hours worked or time spent. The Contractor sets their own schedule, manages their own tools and systems, and may take on other clients or projects concurrently.

Core Skillsets Required

Creator Relationship Management

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build professional relationships, set clear expectations, and follow up consistently — experience with creators or influencers is a plus but not required
  • Comfortable managing ongoing correspondence across multiple contacts simultaneously without dropping threads
  • Natural ability to build rapport with diverse personalities while maintaining professionalism and boundaries
  • A people-first approach to problem-solving — patient, clear, and responsive under pressure

Campaign Execution & Timeline Coordination

  • Strong organizational instincts with the ability to track multiple moving pieces across concurrent workstreams
  • Proven ability to coordinate sequences of tasks against hard deadlines — any industry or context qualifies
  • Habit of identifying risks before they become problems and raising them proactively rather than waiting to be asked
  • Disciplined approach to documentation: if it isn't written down and updated, it doesn't exist

Quality Review & Deliverable Coordination

  • High attention to detail — able to catch errors, gaps, and inconsistencies in content or records before they reach the next step
  • Comfort learning platform-specific requirements (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and applying them consistently; prior knowledge is a plus, not a prerequisite
  • Strong process orientation: follows a checklist rather than relying on memory
  • Experience coordinating handoffs between multiple parties and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks

Creator Network Support

  • Ability to maintain organized, accurate records across a high volume of contacts and activity
  • Comfortable with administrative coordination work: tracking status, confirming completion, and keeping systems current
  • Detail-oriented approach to contact management and data hygiene

Technical Capabilities

  • Comfort picking up new software quickly; proficiency with any project management tool (Asana, Monday.com, Notion, or similar) is a strong plus
  • Reliable with remote communication tools: Slack, Gmail, and video conferencing are the core of how this team operates
  • Familiarity with social media platforms as a user is sufficient — deep marketing knowledge is not required

Independent Contractor Readiness

  • Operates autonomously and determines own methods, tools, and workflow to complete assigned deliverables
  • Not subject to daily scheduling requirements, mandatory check-ins, or employee-style performance monitoring
  • Free to work with other clients simultaneously; not economically dependent solely on Creator Match
  • May engage subcontractors or assistants at own expense, provided deliverable quality and confidentiality are maintained

Important Culture Notes

We’re not going to sugarcoat it… this is NOT your typical 9-5 corporate job.

We work long hours, juggle a lot at once, often work weekends, and bend over backwards for our clients. It’s fast-paced, high-stress, and not for the faint of heart. We run lean, move fast, and only bring on A-team players. Everyone is an owner, in the trenches, and expected to take full ownership while having each other’s backs. If you're looking for structure, predictability, or a cushy corporate setup where you can “coast”, this isn't the right fit.

That said, we genuinely love what we’re building. We get to run impactful campaigns with some of the coolest billion-dollar Brands on the planet. We help B2B Creators get paid. We thrive in the chaos, wear multiple hats, learn a ton, and have a blast doing it.

This will be a pivotal company hire. Is that person you?
