CFD, LLC is a full-service construction management firm based in New York City, serving public agencies, higher education institutions, healthcare systems, transportation authorities, developers, and contractors across the Northeast.
About the Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented Assistant Business Development Coordinator to support our business development efforts remotely. This role is administrative and research-focused, keeping our CRM and pipeline organized and our outreach on track.
Responsibilities
- Very Detail-oriented
- Enter and maintain data in HubSpot, including new contacts and business cards
- Send follow-up emails to prospects and contacts who haven't responded
- Track outstanding responses and send reminders to team members (including leadership) on items awaiting reply
- Research agency and organization websites to identify current business opportunities
- Log and track opportunities in a shared spreadsheet
- Make outbound calls as needed
- Compile and maintain spreadsheets and reports
Qualifications
- Strong written English communication skills
- Comfortable with CRM tools (HubSpot experience a plus)
- Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines without close supervision
- Reliable internet connection and availability during agreed working hours
Salary
$4 - $6 per hour
