What You’ll Do

• Create a safe, joyful classroom where young children can explore, learn, and grow
• Engage children in hands-on, play-based activities, songs, stories, and sensory experiences
• Support children social-emotional, cognitive, and physical development
• Partner with families to build strong, positive relationships and support each child’s journey
• Collaborate with a small but mighty team that values communication, fun, and professional growth
• Maintain DCFS licensing and safety standards while creating meaningful learning experiences

What We’re Looking For

• Passion for early childhood education and play-based learning
• Experience in a licensed childcare center preferred (CDA, ECE coursework, or degree a plus)
