Job Overview: 

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Instructor and Technical Author to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of hands-on experience with ServiceNow and hold a Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification. This role involves teaching ServiceNow courses, potentially teaching Digital Literacy classes, assisting in curriculum development, and mentoring students. The instructor must be available to work evenings at least two days a week and may need to work a shift on weekends. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Instruction: 

• Teach ServiceNow courses to students of varying skill levels. 
• Deliver engaging and interactive lessons that promote student understanding and success. 
• Teach digital literacy classes as needed. 

Curriculum Development: 

• Assist in creating and updating curriculum materials for ServiceNow courses. 
• Develop lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments aligned with industry standards. 

Student Support: 

• Provide mentorship and guidance to students throughout their learning journey. 
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback. 

Scheduling and Availability: 

• Work evenings at least two days per week. 
• Be available for weekend shifts as required. 

Collaboration: 

• Work closely with other instructors and staff to ensure a cohesive learning experience. 
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities. 

Qualifications: 

Experience: 

• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience with ServiceNow. 

Certification: 

• Must hold the ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification. 

Skills: 

• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform functionalities and best practices. 
• Excellent teaching and presentation skills. 
• Ability to simplify complex concepts and engage learners. 
• Experience with curriculum development is a plus. 
• Proficiency in digital literacy and related tools. 

Availability: 

• Able to work evenings at least two days a week. 
• Willingness to work weekend shifts as needed.
