• Unpack, assemble, decorate, and style approximately 60 commercial holiday trees to design specifications with a team.
• Carefully install and arrange festive garlands, wreaths, and wall sprays in coordination with the contract and property theme.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment during installation and removal.
• Collaborate closely with team members to ensure consistent quality and visual appeal across all displays.
• The designing of these items will occur in person at our main facility, 10701 Red Circle Drive Hopkins MN 55343. The decorated items are then delivered by our Production teams.

Physical Requirements & Qualifications

• Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver items up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop at the waist for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow design guidelines closely.
• Previous experience in decorating, floral arrangement, staging, or visual design is a plus, but not required.
