Crave Cookies is a place where every cookie tells a story! We are a locally owned cookie shop known for our delightful variety of homemade cookies, exceptional customer service, and warm, welcoming atmosphere. We're looking for a passionate Cookie Shop Associate to join our team and help spread joy through our delicious treats!

As a Cookie Shop Associate, you'll be the heart and soul of our store. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Assisting customers by providing product information, answering questions, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

- Baking and decorating a variety of cookies, following our signature recipes.

- Maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment, adhering to food safety regulations.

- Operating the cash register, handling transactions with accuracy.

- Assisting with inventory management, including stocking and organizing supplies.

- Participating in the creation of new cookie flavors and seasonal specials.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in retail or food service is preferred, but not required.

- A love for cookies and a passion for customer service.

- Basic baking and decorating skills are a plus.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Must be available to work Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

- Must be at least 16 years of age.
