Crave Cookies is a place where every cookie tells a story! We are a locally owned cookie shop known for our delightful variety of homemade cookies, exceptional customer service, and warm, welcoming atmosphere. We're looking for a passionate Cookie Shop Associate to join our team and help spread joy through our delicious treats!

Oversee mixing and rolling of cookies, prepare the dough to be used for the day.

Achieve stated objectives in food preparation, food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation.

Provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional experience for all guests by taking orders, making recommendations when appropriate, processing payments, and serving food or beverages to customers. Also perform other duties in the areas of food and final order preparation including preparing beverages and arranging food items.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Promote, work and act in a manner consistent with the mission of Crave. Work independently and with other team members to solve problems, fulfill orders and create amazing products.
• Evaluate dough at beginning of shift to make sure appropriate amounts are being made
• Responsible for maintaining appropriate cleaning schedules of all areas of the store including storage areas
• Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to restaurant’s recipes and standards.
• Ensure that all dough is prepared according to the recipe and dough is rolled and labeled for later use.
• Occasionally work the counter helping customers or bake and decorate cookies.

**Qualifications:**

· Previous experience in retail or food service is preferred, but not required.

· A love for cookies and a passion for customer service.

· Basic baking and decorating skills are a plus.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Must be willing to work weekends and holidays as needed.

· Must be at least 16 years of age.

Must also be comfortable using social media.
