Craftify Construction is looking for a dependable, skilled construction professional to join our growing team. This position will involve residential new construction, remodeling, renovations, and general construction work throughout the Hattiesburg area.

Responsibilities include framing, carpentry, trim work, siding, flooring, demolition, installations, repairs, and other general construction duties as needed. Team members should be comfortable using hand and power tools, taking accurate measurements, following plans and instructions, maintaining a clean jobsite, and working safely and efficiently.

Applicants should have previous construction experience, reliable transportation, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well both independently and with a crew. Experience reading plans, completing work without constant supervision, operating equipment, or leading other workers is a plus.

Pay is based on experience, skill level, reliability, and ability. Higher pay may be available for experienced lead-level candidates.
