Job Summary:

We’re looking for a skilled and experienced Commercial Electrical Foreman to join our team! If you have a strong background in commercial and / or industrial electrical work and an eye for detail, this could be the perfect fit for you. In this role, you’ll be installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in commercial buildings, ensuring everything meets safety standards and industry regulations. CR Custom Electric is a well-established, family-owned electrical contractor, proudly serving the Phoenix metro area since 2001. We specialize in commercial new construction projects, partnering with the best General Contractors in the business. While we handle a variety of commercial electrical work, our primary focus is on commercial ground-up warehouse builds and tenant improvements. Responsibilities:

- Oversee and coordinate electrical installations on commercial job sites

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams

- Ensure all work is completed according to safety regulations and company standards

- Train and mentor junior electricians

- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members

- Troubleshoot and resolve any electrical issues that may arise

Requirements:

- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in commercial electrical work

- Journeyman Electrician license required

- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team

- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

- Knowledge of electrical codes and regulations

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (company-provided vehicles are available)

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Salary for this position ranges from $30 to $40 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
