🕓 Full-Time – 32 Hours | 4-Day Work Week

💰 $50,000 – $70,000 per year (W-2 Employee Position)

If you’ve built strong clinical skills in inpatient, residential, crisis, or high-acuity settings and are ready for a more sustainable and supportive environment, CPH may be your next step.


We value clinicians who are confident working with complex youth presentations but want structure, balance, and room to grow.

Who We’re Looking For


We are seeking a clinician with strong experience working with children and adolescents, including:

  • ADHD
  • Anxiety disorders & social anxiety
  • Behavioral and conduct disorders
  • Emotional regulation challenges
  • School-related concerns
  • Depression and mood disorders
  • Parent-child relational stress

We especially value clinicians who:

  • Have experience in inpatient, residential, or higher levels of care
  • Have worked with Pre-K or early childhood populations
  • Are skilled in crisis assessment and risk management
  • Feel confident collaborating with families and school systems


Experience with CBT, behavioral interventions, parent coaching, executive functioning support, and skills-based approaches is highly preferred.
