Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter & HR Consultant to join our team. This role will involve leading technical recruitment efforts across various industries in Florida, providing HR consulting services, and generating new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical recruiting, client engagement, and workforce planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full lifecycle technical recruitment processes for clients nationwide, ensuring high-quality candidate experiences and meeting staffing needs.
- Drive new business through sales activities, including lead generation, prospecting, and client relationship management.
- Provide strategic HR consulting to clients on operational scalability, process improvement, and hiring strategies.
- Develop hiring roadmaps using market trends, AI insights, and best practices to optimize recruitment processes and enhance diversity outcomes.
- Mentor and support a team member to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Present candidate evaluations and market analysis to clients to facilitate informed hiring decisions.
- Support company goals through strategic recruitment and sales initiatives.
Compensation & Schedule:
- Base Salary: $65,000.00 annually
- Commissions: 20% of gross margin on sales and recruitment activities
- Hours of Operation: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST)
- Employment Type: Permanent - Full-time
