We are looking for an Experienced Freight Sales Agent to support one of our 3PL Broker Clients.

Job Title: Freight Sales Agent - Experienced


Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Conduct prospecting calls to generate new business opportunities.

2. Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls from customers and carriers.

3. Respond to customer requests promptly and provide high-quality service.

4. Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

5. Achieve consistent growth in full truckload and LTL services.

6. Resolve customer and carrier issues efficiently and effectively.

7. Demonstrate excellent multitasking skills and proficiency in computer software programs.

8. Serve as a professional representative of the company and mentor to other employees.
