Summer Business Information Systems & Analytics Intern 

Help an emerging beauty brand evaluate and leverage the power of their existing data, select tools for completing our strategic view of the business, and merge to create a manageable & modern Business Dashboard.

We are a data-driven company and our CEO and leadership team need a clear view of key daily, weekly, and monthly performance to inform our growth and management decisions. We also would like your fresh eyes on our operating systems and processes to help us identify our best organic growth opportunities. 

Responsibilities 

• Review company growth targets and available data sources to propose reporting dashboards that inform the work of senior leadership, sales, marketing, operations, and concierge teams.
• Collaborate with the CEO to incorporate our sales and concierge data and inform the company’s daily decisions for client acquisition, onboarding and lifecycle, inventory, marketing, and sales
• Research, implement and optimize current & emerging customer acquisition tools for list building, CRM, Giveaways, GWP.
• Evaluate our customer data for new account and onboarding optimization, upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Identify opportunities to improve Marketing and Concierge teams effectiveness and efficiency 
• Jump in with the team to support product launch weeks
