Based in Chelsea, New York - Covet & Mane has a 4,000 sq. ft. beautifully designed studio that doubles as an office space for the internal team while also being available for large events, content filming, educational classes and conferences. We operate with

Marketing Intern:

Key Functions: The Marketing Intern is responsible for supporting the Covet & Mane team across all areas of the business, including project management within our new NYC office and creative space.

This role, with the intent to eventually transition into Brand Coordinator involves both independent & collaborative work. The Marketing Intern should know how to pull together multiple moving pieces, anticipate the needs of the team and the brand and deliver intuitively and effective results. The ideal candidate should have a scrappy sensibility, passion for beauty, and be extremely organized and detail oriented, but creative in their approach to solutions.

This is a role for someone to learn the entire 360 needs of the Marketing Team and be able to grow into our brand in an organic way.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Supports Brand Coordinator and Head of Marketing with day-to-day duties and needs including copy editing and drafting for email / sms, promotional mailers, branded blog, coordinating with warehouse and vendors for PR & marketing placements, celebrity outreach and photoshoot assistance 
• Supports the Covet & Mane Marketing team across all areas of the business with admin support 
• Implement and maintain organized file system for the C&M team in Dropbox and Google Drive along with external partner platforms
• Logistics and event coordination - ensuring necessary items are purchased, ordered and received in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• Senior Year Students in pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree required plus knowledge of marketing strategies, including continuing education of new marketing tactics and tools 
• Aptitude with various social media platforms along with data tracking tools associated with them
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills: able to handle multiple priorities 
• Provides amazing options vs strong opinions 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated: able to work independently and within teams
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Google Drive, Dropbox, Slack 
• A passion, curiosity and interest for beauty, fashion and pop culture
• Must live in the Tri-State area and be able to commute 3-4 times a week to our Chelsea, NYC office 

Compensation: 

School Credit + $2500 Stipend for One Semester
