We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and driven Director of Revenue Operations to serve as a strategic leader. This individual will be responsible for leading all aspects of our revenue operations and will serve as a strategic leader in our continued growth.

Position Summary:

As a fast-growing company, we are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and driven Director of Revenue Operations to serve as a strategic leader. This individual will be responsible for leading all aspects of our revenue operations and will serve as a strategic leader in our continued growth. 

The Director of Revenue will be a leader in the organization by building, leading, integrating, and aligning the sales, education, marketing, and customer success functions, with the goal of building a revenue operation for a rapidly growing beauty brand. The Director of Revenue Operations will be responsible for boosting revenue growth through strategic partnerships and optimizing our innovative educational initiatives. As this is a newly created position, the candidate will be responsible for establishing the foundations of the Revenue Operations discipline for the company as it launches an accelerated expansion initiative. 


  • Lead the development and establishment of a strong foundation for all revenue operations, through impactful education initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the CEO to set strategic growth initiatives, and operationalize those decisions in creating streamlined revenue operations.
  • Act as a Stylist ambassador for our brand, primarily as a client-facing role with occasional internal training by bringing a thorough knowledge of our brand and hairstyling techniques.
  • Develop and implement processes, systems, and productivity metrics to ensure revenue teams are hitting their performance targets.
  • Identify opportunities to present and sell new products, colors, blends to clients and accounts.
  • Work in synergy with teams from marketing, education, customer success, and sales, including leadership, to incorporate and action ideas aimed at enhancing the efficiency of our established sales process.
  • Oversee and enhance all facets of sales technologies, encompassing updates, improvements, construction of reports, dashboard management, and workflow.
  • Design and manage incentive plans for the sales team to drive performance and achieve targets.
  • Conduct ongoing sales data analysis to identify opportunities and areas for enhancement, and consistently adapt sales operations in response to evolving business conditions and organizational strategies.
  • Work closely with system and application developers for large-scale enhancements.
  • Oversee the forecasting of the sales pipeline and the administration of sales cycle processes.
  • Manage efficiency in sales operations, and take ownership of CRM data integrity, coordinating with the Growth Marketing Manager to ensure accurate data entry and updates by all relevant parties.
  • Create a plan to enhance renewal and upsell opportunities.
  • Understand and leverage the importance of education in our sales strategy, while maintaining a results-driven approach. 
  • Develop, oversee and execute our education and certification programs. 
  • Transmit our brand’s unique expertise through our educational initiatives. 
  • Devise and implement strategies to retain clients through unique educational certification credits and enriching client experiences. 
  • Implement and enhance onboarding for new sales hires
  • Manage sales events and activations nationally across various locations by engaging with local markets, supervising, and educating the regional sales teams within the local markets. 


  • Prior experience in a similar role, with a proven track record in sales revenue growth through educational initiatives.
  • Ability to articulate and share brand specific expertise through education programs.
  • Demonstrate technical savviness with proficiency in social media platforms for sales, and expertise in CRM-based sales platforms, preferably Hubspot.
  • Motivated and experienced professional, ready to contribute to a company in its growth phase and capable of adapting to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • The ability to bring new ideas to the table and implement them effectively.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to engage a room full of stylists.
  • A people-person with great customer service skills, capable of maintaining strong relationships with clients, stylists, and team members.

Based in Chelsea, New York -  Covet & Mane has a 4,000 sq. ft. beautifully designed studio that doubles as an office space for the internal team while also being available for large events, content filming, educational classes, and conferences. We operate with a hybrid approach; working from the office 3 days a week and from home 2 days a week.
