JOB DUTIES:

• Help with vendor communications and researching marketing opportunities
• Manage and create provider facing letters and communications
• Assisting the Community Liaisons with inventory management as needed
• Replenishing of marketing and community outreach supplies
• Help with planning various company events and outings that further Covenant’s brand and impact
• Creating business cards for employees once on-boarding is complete
• Producing patient and provider facing marketing and promotional materials including animated videos, print materials, and social media posts
• Assist with website maintenance and content creation
• Creating and managing internet and/or social media campaigns and posts
• Assist with capturing pictures or videos for marketing campaigns or social media posts
• Assist with and develop strategies to improve existing and past marketing efforts
• Assist the Community Outreach, Resource and Education Center, and Covenant’s Diversity initiatives as needed
• Conducting patient and target demographic research as needed
• Assist with planning and executing initiatives to reach target demographics through appropriate marketing campaigns
• Be available to assist with in the field marketing and community outreach as needed
• Attend routine marketing/media/outreach meetings

Experience and Skills:

· Experience: Prior marketing & social media planning experience is preferred. Experience with website builder tools (Squarespace, Wordpress, etc.) is a plus.

· Experience: Experience in a clinical or medical environment is a plus.

· Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with patients, staff, and sponsors.

· Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

· Team Player: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team and support colleagues in achieving team goals.

· Adaptability: Openness to learning new skills and adapting to changing procedures and protocols.

Hourly Range: $14/hr - $19/hr

Salary commensurate to experience and education
