As an Insurance Producer, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining relationships with clients, assessing their insurance needs, and providing them with tailored insurance solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain a book of business by identifying and prospecting new clients through various channels, including referrals, networking, and cold calling.
• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' insurance needs and risk profiles to develop comprehensive insurance proposals.
• Present and explain insurance options to clients, advising them on coverage and policy features that best suit their individual requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and potential cross-selling opportunities.
• Collaborate with underwriters and other internal teams to negotiate policy terms and conditions on behalf of clients.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to provide accurate and relevant insurance advice.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by the company.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of success in sales or B2B services
• Strong knowledge of insurance products, coverage types, and risk assessment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with insurance software systems.
• Active insurance producer license in OK, or the ability to obtain one within a specified timeframe.
