We’re looking for a Head of Marketplace reporting directly to the C-suite to lead our core marketplace business — a $50M annual P&L spanning 14 profitable consumer brands. This is a career-defining opportunity for a commercially minded operator with the intellect, drive, and discipline to run a complex, fast-moving business at scale.
You’re structured, analytical, and relentlessly accountable. You’ve likely spent 5–7 years building a foundation in consulting, investment banking, or a top-tier corporate environment — possibly with an MBA or equivalent experience — followed by hands-on leadership in a consumer or e-commerce company. You know how to manage by numbers, motivate by clarity, and drive performance through a mix of rigor and judgment.
