Cove Brands Inc Creative Strategist Remote · Full time Company website

Are you someone who combines a sharp creative eye with structured, strategic thinking — someone who understands not just how things should look, but why they work? We’re looking for a Creative Strategist who pairs strong aesthetic judgment with clear logic, excellent communication, and the ability to turn insights into compelling, conversion-focused creative.

About Cove Brands Inc

Cove Brands is a digitally native consumer brands company; combining our passion for great products and operational excellence to profitably scale brands in Beauty, Wellness and Home. We make quality products accessible to everyone, without compromise.

Description

You’re a senior-level creative operator with 5–7 years of experience shaping messaging, visuals, and creative direction across digital channels. You have taste — a refined sense of what feels premium, trustworthy, and high-quality — and the ability to guide designers with clarity and confidence. You write well, think clearly, and take pride in delivering creative that is both beautiful and effective.

You’ve likely worked in an agency, a performance creative team, or a fast-moving consumer/e-commerce environment where creativity and execution sit close together. You’re comfortable owning briefs end-to-end, reviewing work inside Figma, giving actionable feedback, and driving creative projects to completion.

This role is for someone who:

  • Has excellent taste and aesthetic intuition — you know what “good” looks like.
  • Communicates clearly and concisely, both in writing and in creative direction.
  • Brings structured thinking to creative problems and enjoys balancing clarity with creativity.
  • Writes strong, conversion-focused copy across PDPs, landing pages, and social concepts.
  • Thrives in a collaborative environment with high standards and real ownership.
  • Is proactive, organized, and accountable — able to manage multiple brands and workflows smoothly.

If you’re a creative-minded strategist who wants to shape how multiple consumer brands show up across Amazon, social, and DTC — this is the place to do it.

Key Responsibilities

Own creative strategy across Amazon, DTC, advertising and social:

Develop premium, conversion-oriented messaging and visual direction for PDPs, listings, landing pages, and social content — ensuring each brand is positioned clearly and effectively.

Write complete creative briefs:

Produce concise, structured briefs that include copy, hooks, messaging architecture, and visual direction — turning insights into clear instructions designers can execute against.

Collaborate closely with the design team:

Review work in Figma, leave clear comments, provide actionable feedback, and guide assets from concept to final delivery — ensuring the output meets a high creative standard.

Research competitors to inform creative direction:

Analyze competing products, messaging angles, reviews, and visual styles to identify differentiation opportunities — using insights to elevate positioning and clarity.

Develop creative direction for social and influencer content:

Create structured concepts, hooks, value props, and messaging frameworks for social content and influencer briefs (creative direction only, not talent management).

Drive creative quality and consistency across brands:

Ensure each brand maintains a cohesive visual and messaging identity across channels — raising the bar on clarity, aesthetics, and effectiveness.

About the Company

We’re a profitable consumer brand group at the beginning of an ambitious next chapter in modern skincare and wellness. Our portfolio blends the performance mindset of an e-commerce operator with the creativity of a beauty incubator — data-driven, brand-obsessed, and moving quickly into national retail.

We keep our team small, our standards high, and our goals ambitious. Every person here plays a visible role in shaping strategy, creative, and growth — driving measurable impact on the brands we’re building.
