Responsibilities:

• Provide individual therapy to clients from diverse backgrounds
• Maintain compliance with ethical and professional standards
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Manage your own schedule with flexibility
• Participate in the occasional team meeting and optional consultation

Requirements:

• Active Washington State license: LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, PsyD, or PhD
• EMDR training a plus (not required)
• Perinatal experience a plus (not required)
• Strong clinical judgment and collaborative spirit
• Commitment to inclusive, ethical care across diverse populations
• Ability to communicate and schedule appointments with clients
