Private group practice opportunity for a Mental Health Therapist in Minneapolis, KS


Courser Lapo Therapeutic Wellness is growing to meet the mental health needs of the communities we serve. We are searching for a full-time therapist to join our Minneapolis team and help expand mental health services into the Ottawa County area. Our ideal candidate must have a niche: (children, perinatal/postpartum, trauma, EMDR, family, etc.) and be willing to collaborate with community partners to grow their referral base and recognition in the community.

We are looking for a therapist with the following qualities to join our team: a team player, a problem-solver, and a client-focused clinician. We need an excellent communicator and someone who takes direction well, but rarely needs it. We need someone who shows initiative and is able to maintain their own schedule. We need someone who is excited to learn and grow and someone who is not afraid to ask questions.

Our ideal candidate has been licensed with the Kansas BSRB for 2+ years. Compensation is competitive for clinical work and clinical office time. This position is W2 which allows for the following perks.

*BSRB license to practice in Kansas required. Licensure preferred: LSCSW, LCP, LCMFT, LCPC, and LP. Licensure considered LMSW, LMFT, LMLP, LPC.

*Willingness to complete 25 client therapy hours per week

*Minimum 2-5 years post-licensure

*Prior private practice experience and community mental health experience is a plus

$40,000 - $85,000 per year
