We offer clinical counseling, consultation, coaching, supervision, crisis intervention, and psychoeducational services and products to suit your needs as a client, consultee, or another professional looking to advance your skill set.

Counseling Speaks, PLLC is currently looking for a fully licensed clinician (LMFT/LCPC/LCSW) to join our team in Chicago and Park Ridge, Illinois. We are a holistic counseling, consultation, coaching, supervision, and psychoeducational clinic dedicated to improving the mental health and overall well-being of individuals. We are actively involved in the community, providing workshops and presentations, and supporting philanthropic efforts. We value diversity and strive to create a welcoming environment for all.


The Ideal Candidate:

We are seeking a clinician with clinical expertise in working with children, adolescents, and adults with a wide range of presenting concerns. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about current research, enthusiastic, conscientious, and reliable. Bilingual ability is a plus. This position is perfect for someone who is self-motivated and able to work independently. Office hours are flexible to accommodate your schedule. We offer exceptional earning potential, assistance in building a caseload outside of managed care, and supervision if needed. Our competitive contract includes office space, furniture, billing, and HIPAA-compliant administrative technology and support.


Qualifications for this Position Include:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience

- Licensed in the state of Illinois as an LMFT/LCPC/LCSW

- Master's degree in psychology, social work, clinical or counseling psychology, or a related field

- Experience working with diverse populations

- Positive approach to client care

- Ability to work day/early evening hours

- Strong professional references

- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations

- Understanding of human behavior, group dynamics, mental health laws, and effective treatments

- Strong verbal, organizational, and interpersonal skills

- Bilingual proficiency is a plus

- Interest in providing pro bono community services is a plus


Job Type: Full-time and Part-time positions available - Choose your own hours

Pay: $55.00 to $75.00 per hour
