Job Summary:

Cortrucent is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Entry-Level Python Developer with a solid understanding of REST principles, Flask, and JavaScript front-end development using React. As a valued member of our development team, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of our web applications. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior developers to understand project requirements and assist in the design and development of RESTful APIs using Python and Flask.
• Implement and maintain efficient and scalable back-end solutions that adhere to REST principles and best practices.
• Assist in the development of front-end components using JavaScript, React, and other related technologies.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure seamless integration of front-end components and optimal user experience.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, identifying and resolving bugs to ensure smooth functionality of the applications.
• Perform unit testing and assist in the implementation of automated testing frameworks to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in Python, Flask, RESTful APIs, and front-end development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to drive successful project outcomes.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Python programming language and familiarity with Flask framework.
• Knowledge of REST principles and experience in developing RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and experience with front-end development using React.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
• Basic understanding of database concepts and experience with SQL or NoSQL databases is a plus.
• Solid problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
