Position Overview

We seek a proactive and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team. The SDR will be pivotal in generating new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying potential clients, primarily through digital channels such as our website and LinkedIn. This role is instrumental in expanding our customer base and promoting the Corserva 360 IT management platform.


Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Qualification:

  • Identify and research potential clients through digital platforms, including LinkedIn and website inquiries.
  • Engage with prospects via email, phone, and social media to introduce Corserva’s services and solutions.
  • Qualify leads by assessing their needs, budget, and decision-making authority.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to align outreach strategies with current campaigns and content.
  • Coordinate with sales executives to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.

CRM Management:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions in the CRM system.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation and conversion rates.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams based on prospect interactions.


Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or a similar role, preferably within the IT services industry.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other digital prospecting tools.
  • Understanding of IT managed services and solutions is a plus.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
