Position Overview

We seek a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our managed services sales team. The AE will drive new business development and expand our client base by promoting our Corserva 360 IT management platform. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to effectively understand and address client needs.


Key Responsibilities

New Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including digital marketing leads, networking events, and industry conferences.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.

Sales Process Management:

  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with current campaigns and content.
  • Coordinate with the service delivery team to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation for new clients.

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.


Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the IT managed services industry.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Familiarity with IT infrastructure and managed services solutions.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
