Cornerstone Accounting Solutions is a fully remote boutique accounting and advisory firm serving about 120 small businesses across property management, construction, restaurants, and professional services. Founded seven years ago by a former corporate controller, we provide monthly bookkeeping and close, payroll, and fractional CFO and advisory services to owners who want more than data entry. They want books they can trust and a team that understands their business.

Our reputation is built on solving the problems other firms can’t or won’t. Our work is multi-client and hands-on: sales tax across multiple platforms, loans and fixed assets, multi-entity structures, and the reconciliations that tie outside sales systems back to the books. We run on a modern stack, including QuickBooks Online, Double, Gusto, Notion, and AI tools, with clear SOPs behind every client.

Part-Time Staff Accountant, Month-End Close (QuickBooks Online, Remote)

Savannah area preferred

Cornerstone Accounting Solutions serves small businesses across coastal Georgia. Our processes are documented, our systems are built, and the work is steady all year. We're looking for an accountant who takes pride in turning in clean, complete closes on time, every time.

What you'll do

Own monthly cash-basis closes for a book of established clients: bank and card reconciliations, Shopify and Square tie-outs, payroll reconciliations, and sales tax filings.

What we're looking for

A degree in accounting, or equivalent experience.

Multi-client month-end close experience in QuickBooks Online.

Someone who ties to the source before calling anything done.

Someone who solves problems and brings a recommendation, not just a question.
