We are looking to expand our team and add a talented and hard-working, experienced in-house electrician with a valid journeyman electrician license. This is a full-time position and earns a competitive wage of $45-48/hour depending on skills and experience. Description
Ideal candidates will have…
- A valid journeyman electrician license
- A minimum of four (4) years of residential electrical experience
- Previous experience in residential renovation, additions, and new construction
- The ability to lift heavy objects while assisting in getting material, loading and unloading trucks, and clean-up of the job site
- The ability to climb a ladder
- Strong organizational skills
- The ability to read and understand construction documents and blueprints
- Proficient knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local codes
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- A clean background check
- Own the basic tools of the trade
- Must take pride in your work and deliver high-quality work
- A good attitude with a high level of motivation
- Be flexible in assisting the carpentry, plumbing, or HVAC crews in periods when electrical work may not be needed
Job responsibilities include…
- Assist in planning out the electrical system for residential construction projects
- Perform repairs and electrical installations
- Troubleshooting electrical systems
- Take direction from the project manager and work independently or with a team member to complete the work
- Maintain cleanliness of the job site and truck
- Provide world-class customer service to our customers
- Work on a variety of projects, both large and small
