General laborer job responsibilities and duties will include:

• Cleaning, maintaining, and preparing work sites
• Transporting supplies and tools to and from work sites
• Loading and unloading materials and equipment
• Collect and dispose of trash and debris from work sites
• Assist skilled tradespeople in their duties
• Maintain the shop and inventory, including signing out tools
• Keep a timely schedule and assist projects efficiently
• Provide excellent customer service and be respectful of the owner’s property 
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Ideal candidates will have:

• General construction knowledge and preferably some work site experience
• The ability to perform physically demanding tasks on construction sites
• Be able to lift 50+lbs
• The ability to work in attics, basements, crawl spaces, and on ladders
• The ability to handle and potentially operate power tools
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• A good attitude and be able to take direction
• The ability to think creatively and work in a team environment as well as individually
• Being bilingual is a plus
