We are seeking a part-time staff accountant with working knowledge of Oracle Netsuite software. As we begin transitioning to Netsuite from Quickbooks, we need expert assistance in properly setting up the accounting software module. This position has the potential to become a full-time staff accountant position for the right candidate!

Qualifications:

• Knowledge, understanding, experience, and ability to use Netsuite software
• A degree in accounting or a related field
• 3+ years experience in accounting; experience in the construction industry is a plus, but not a requirement
• Excellent communication skills
• Outstanding team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in work

Role Responsibilities:

• Assist in the initial set up of our Netsuite software as part of our team working with the NetSuite implementation team
• Assist in the proper set up of the charts of accounts
• Manage general accounting functions
• Entry of accounts payable invoices
• Reconciliation of vendor statements and purchase orders
• Perform other duties as assigned

Pay is commensurate with experience.
