Greater Seattle Area (Farmers Markets, Pop-Ups, Events)

Position Overview:

Copa de Oro Fruits is looking for flexible, reliable team members to support high-volume events and markets. The On-Call Events Sales Associate assists with setup, customer service, and breakdown, helping ensure smooth and efficient operations during busy event days.

This role is ideal for individuals seeking flexible, event-based work in a dynamic and community-focused environment.

Hours & Schedule:

• 5–15 hours per week (or as needed based on event schedule)
• Primarily weekends and select weekday events
• Schedule may vary week-to-week depending on business needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with event setup and breakdown
• Support sales by engaging with customers in a friendly and helpful manner
• Restock products and maintain a clean, organized booth space
• Follow direction from the on-site lead and support team operations as needed
• Uphold food safety and cleanliness standards
• Handle transactions using POS systems (Square experience is a plus)
• Represent the Copa Fruits brand with professionalism and positivity

What We’re Looking For:

• Friendly, reliable, and adaptable
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, outdoor event environments
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50+ lbs
• Previous customer service experience is a plus
• Must have (or be willing to obtain) a WA Food Worker Card 
• Valid driver’s license and car insurance
• This role includes transporting equipment to and from events; candidates must have access to a reliable truck or SUV
• Ability to stand for long periods and work outdoors in all weather conditions

Compensation:

• Hourly: $21.30–$22 (based on experience)
