Greater Seattle Area (Farmers Markets, events, pop-ups)

Position Overview:

Copa Fruits is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Events Sales Associate to support operations at farmers markets, pop-ups, and community events. This role plays a key part in delivering a positive customer experience, maintaining an inviting booth presence, and supporting overall event success.


This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, values teamwork, and thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Hours & Schedule:

  • 15–25 hours per week (based on event schedule and seasonality)
  • Weekend availability required (Saturday and Sunday)
  • Additional weekday events and prep shifts as scheduled
  • Hours may vary depending on event needs


Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent Copa Fruits with professionalism and enthusiasm at all events
  • Engage customers, answer questions, and drive sales through excellent service
  • Assist with booth setup and breakdown, ensuring a clean and visually appealing display
  • Support restocking, inventory tracking, and basic prep tasks
  • Follow food safety and handling standards
  • Work collaboratively with team members and take direction from the on-site lead


What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50+ lbs (coolers, equipment)
  • Previous experience in food service, retail, or events is a plus
  • Ability to stand for long periods and work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • This role includes transporting equipment to and from events; candidates must have access to a reliable truck or SUV
  • Valid driver’s license and car insurance
  • Must have (or be willing to obtain) a WA Food Worker Card


Compensation & Perks:

  • Hourly: $21.30–$22 (based on experience) + tips
